Our nugget history begins in the '70s, when the OG owner, Mr. Lou Iandoli opened Garden Catering on Sound Beach Avenue; now our flagship location! Mr. Iandoli sadly passed in 1989 and Garden Catering closed its doors. Nugget fans rejoiced when Frank Carpenteri Sr. bought Garden Catering, along with the secret recipes for its famous fried chicken and nuggets in fall '91. With the growing demand for the crave-able menu, Mr. Carpenteri opened several more Garden Catering locations throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties. To this day, the business is in the family. Frank’s son and daughter now run the show and continue to spread nugget love (plus the joy of breakfast all day) to Shelton and beyond!
